Welcome to the Anna Livia Hotel*** situated in the "Carré d'Or" with it s fashionable pubs and restaurants and just 220 yards from the beaches of La Croisette, our hotel is 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals.

It offers 11 rooms on 3 floors, no lift.
Each room offers air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi , also has tea and coffee making facilities. The entire establishment is equipped with magnetic cards.
